We use this information to sign you in, save your watchlist and bag, create and deliver orders, process refunds, respond to enquiries, send essential order updates, prevent fraud, improve the website, and comply with legal obligations.
We share only the information needed with providers that help us operate Pink Bnana, including Google for sign-in, Razorpay for payment processing, and courier or shipping partners for delivery. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your personal information.
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards. Payment card, UPI, and banking credentials are handled by Razorpay and are not stored by Pink Bnana. We retain account, order, payment, and support records for as long as needed for fulfilment, customer service, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes.
You may ask us to correct your profile details or request account assistance by emailing support@pinkbnana.com. You may also revoke Pink Bnana’s Google access through your Google Account settings. Some information may need to be retained where required for completed orders, payments, refunds, security, or legal compliance.
